Manual process of applying for ED visa
- You must apply the ED visa at least 20 days before the current visa expires
- Register at the school with
- 12 photos (size 3.5x4.5cm person in photo must be wearing a suit, collared shirt or dress attire)
- Passport with the white the departure card
- Current address of the residence in Thailand
- Photos of the room inside and outside, the number of the room in the residence
- The receipt of the payment rent
- Address of your country
- Deposit 10,000 Baht (transferring to the school)
- Personal history check (download the form)
- Purpose of attending of the course (download the form)
- Certificate of the final education ( ex; high-school/ college/ University, etc..)
- School sends all documents to the Ministry of Education (MOE) to certify your enrolment at our school.
- In approximately 3 weeks the school will be notified by the Ministry of Education of application status and if approved will send an admission letter to the School . The School will notify the student of the decision and will distribute the admission letter.
- You will then have to leave Thailand with all documents and apply for the Non-Immigrant
ED visa (for a year) in any Thai embassy or consulate outside of Thailand.
A fee is about 2,000B The procedure will take two business days(Monday-Friday)
Once ED visa is issued,
you enter Thailand and get a permission of stay of 90 days
in the passport control.
You can apply for the non-immigrant visa in the following countries neighboring Thailand:- Cambodia (Phnom Penh)
- Laos (Vientiane)
- Myanmar (Yangoon)
- Vietnam ( Hanoi )
Ex: French, Russian pays about 30 dollars for the visa on arrival in Vientiane, Laos.
Notes :- From India, China, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Iran, and Middle Eastern countries, you must return their own countries to apply for ED visa at Their local Thai Embassies or consulates.
- The Middle East and African people need a Police check certificate. It is a requirement of the Government. You will have to get a police Check Certificate from the police in your country to join to your documents if you apply from abroad. If you are in Bangkok you will have to go to :

- You must come back to the school with the non-immigrant ED visa stamped passport in order to process for the second letter from MOE. You only get 90days ED visa when you enter Thailand, therefore you will need to extend the visa to a year.
We ask you to pay for balance following on to next procedure. - Before 15days expiring the current non-immigrant ED visa, You have to extend the ED visa for 1 year with the second letters from the MOE and documents from the school to the Immigration Bureau in Jomtien. A fee is 1,900B.
- Now, you can stay in Thailand for 1 year with studying, but You MUST report to the Immigration Bureau in Jomtien with the approval letter from MOE every 90 days (3 months) in person, to update the current address with a fee 1,900B each time. And you also must update your address and contact number in Thailand to our school.
Notice:
During your ED visa, you must apply for re-entry 1,000B at the Immigration office before departing Thailand when you want to go some other countries.
Applying ED visa out side of Thailand
If you are out of Thailand, and you request ED visa ;
- Copy all pages of your passport, signed all of them
- download 2 forms for MOE ( personal history check/ purpose of attending the course)
- 12 photos (size 3.5x4.5cm person in photo must be wearing a suit, collared shirt or dress attire)
- The receipt of transferring your deposit to our account (ask us for details)
- Certificate of your education (ex; university, diploma, high-school, etc..)
Certificated should be translated in English - Criminal record within one month before entering Thailand (only requested countries. Ask us in detail)

Note: we charge you for the postage for returning the documents.
- School sends all documents to the Ministry of Education (MOE) to certify your enrolment at our school.

- You apply for the non-immigrant ED visa in the nearest Thai embassy or consulate with all documents, your passport, the original documents of the certificate for the education.
It would take 2-3 days to get your non-immigrant visa on your passport. - Once you get the non-immigrant visa, you enter Thailand within the date on the visa stamp.
- On arrival You get the visa for 90 days, and come to our school as soon as possible with your passport and the white arrival card.
- Pay the balance, then we start the procedure for applying the 1 year ED visa for you.
- You start lessons.
